    if you are using adobe reader 6 or older you won’t be able to as now versions 7 & 8 use modified file format.

    try downloading the updated reader from Adobe and it normally is OK with most files (reader 8 is slower but can open most things 7 now and again still has problems opening or printing picture containing PDF’s)
